Cincinnati, OH
For the final location I want to feature on this blog, I had to include my hometown of Cincinnati! I will be the first to admit I do not have an immense amount of hometown pride. I came all the way down to Georgia for school and am not planning on moving back to Cincinnati in the near future, but it truly is a very cool and growing city. In fact, it was featured earlier this month on a list of the 7 Most Hipster cities that also featured Athens, GA! Never thought I’d see Cincinnati and Athens on the same list, but it just goes to show the progress Cincinnati has made and how it is becoming a cooler place for young people to live. The main area I wanted to focus on is called Over the Rhine. Just 10 years ago, this neighborhood was ranked the worst in the country for violence.
